To do so, please submit a request to delete your account in the "Manage Account" section of the CuClass management system after logging in, or notify us via email at customer@anteknets.com. However, please note that once your account is deleted, you will not be able to use any of the services provided by CuClass. Within the scope permitted by law (including but not limited to protecting freedom of speech and information, or maintaining public interest), we may still retain some of your personal information. However, the legality of our prior processing of your personal information based on your consent will not be affected by your subsequent withdrawal of consent.
Recording
The CuClass recording feature allows users to capture all sorts of live recordings, including but not limited to the creation of archives or playbacks of audio and video conferences, instant messages, application sharing, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, whiteboard, and live voting that occur during the meeting. Users (hereinafter referred to as the "owner") who sign in as CuClass hosts can choose to record any session they desire. Recordings will be stored in the CuClass cloud storage space. The owner can use or share the recordings like any other file. When the recording feature is activated, any content shared during the meeting will be recorded. When the host starts to record a meeting, the host will receive a pop-up notification indicating that the recording has started. Simply turn off the recording feature to stop the recording.
Important Notice: In some jurisdictions, it is advised and necessary to obtain the explicit consent of all meeting participants before proceeding with the recording. Participants must be fully aware of legal rights, obligations, and consequences.
 
Research and Feedback
Part of CuClass’s fundamental groundworks rely on data analysis and customer feedback, therefore our website will ask users to voluntarily share their personal information to fuel the operation.
